This week, Primary 5 took their learning outdoors to make the most of the sunshine. Working collaboratively in pairs, the children tackled a range of practical perimeter challenges around the playground. Using rulers, metre sticks and trundle wheels, they measured and calculated the perimeter of both shapes and real-life objects. It was a fantastic opportunity to apply their mathematical skills in a fun, active and engaging way.
