Today, P5 had an exciting and educational experience during their practical science lesson, where they examined a real lamb’s heart. Pupils had the opportunity to watch as the heart was carefully cut open and were able to identify key parts such as the arteries, veins, chambers and blood vessels. They were fascinated to discover just how strong the heart muscle feels. This hands on activity helped bring their learning to life and sparked lots of curiosity and about how the human body works!
