This term, Primary 5 have been busy exploring instructional texts through some exciting seasonal literacy activities. We combined creativity and clear communication to make origami bats and then wrote detailed instructions so others could make their own! We also mixed up some magical potions and designed imaginative spells, using powerful imperative verbs and time connectives to guide our readers step by step. What a spellbinding way to learn about instructions!
