Over the past few weeks, P6 have dived into the world of time, exploring both 12-hour and 24-hour formats. They’ve worked hard to understand how to read clocks and convert between these two systems. It's been wonderful to see their growing confidence in managing time effectively!
We've also been investigating the duration of time, which led to some engaging activities. The children paired up with their “busy buddies” to solve various time duration challenges. This collaborative approach not only helped them grasp the concept but also encouraged great teamwork.
One of the highlights of our time unit was a scavenger hunt, which, as you know, is always a hit !The boys and girls were given clues based on time-related tasks that had to be completed around the school, and it was great to see their enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
