Volcanoes 🌋

Primary Six have started their new World Around Us topic- Volcanoes. We worked with our WAU partners to research exciting facts about volcanoes . We then organised our facts into various subheadings such as ; formation , location , famous volcanoes etc. This helped us to develop our investigation and research skills and will help us with our report writing genre for this term. We used Mentimeter on the Lenovo tablets to record what we know about volcanoes and what we would like to find out about volcanoes . We also developed our map skills and used a key to locate and record the location of volcanoes across the world . All in all a busy few days learning about this new topic … you could say we are ‘erupting ‘ with excitement ☺️
